SUMMARY:The Depth of Yoga day retreat
DESCRIPTION:On the 11 of May 2024, together with my beloved Sonja and Sri, I am hosting a day retreat in Berlin at Green Yoga SEZ in FHein.\nAn opportunity for everyone who wants to deepen their understanding of this ancient philosophy called Yoga, and go beyond the postures taught in regular classes.\nThis Day retreat will start at 12.00 with the usual opening circle, an amazing way to get to know each other a bit better.\nWe will move into the Depth of some theory related to Asana alignment, but not only, in fact, we will cover pillars such as breathing, Bandhas, Drishtis, and much more, to be able to bring more consciousness and awareness in our practice and life.\nAfter the theory comes into the game the practice: 90 min of a Jivamukti-based flow, to apply all we have learned before!\n​\nBut it doesn’t end here…\n​\nAfter a little break, we go on with the program: Mantra singing and Ecstatic dance with Sri will uplift you even more. \n
